The Sixth Chicago-Area All-Camps Reunion

Remember When? Once Again…
It’s been a couple of years since our last All-Camps Reunion event back in 2014. Let’s meet again as old friends and catch up on the latest happenings.

Sunday, April 29, 2018  |  2:30 p.m.-5: 00 p.m.
at the JASC (4427 N. Clark St.)

The Sixth Chicago-Area All-Camps Reunion is for anyone who was formerly incarcerated/interned in the Japanese American Concentration Camps during World War II. All friends, family, and community members are also welcome! Attendance at this event is free!

This event is jointly sponsored and organized by the Chicago Japanese American Historical Society, the Japanese Mutual Aid Society of Chicago, the Japanese American Citizens League Chicago Chapter, and the Japanese American Service Committee.

The program this year will consist of:

  • A presentation on the new “Untold Stories” Japanese American Oral History Project jointly sponsored by the Chicago Japanese American Historical Society and the Japanese American Service Committee
  • A screening of newly digitized films from the JASC archives that have not been seen in over 40 years and that feature footage of the Japanese American community of the mid-1970s!
