Join our JASC Food & Cooking Facebook Group as a way to stay connected and share about food! 

Learning to prepare traditional, home-style Japanese food is a delicious way to explore and preserve Japanese cultural heritage, and one your whole family is sure to enjoy!  Enjoy these mostly demonstration style classes where our instructors will walk you through how to prepare dishes and then enjoy eating the treats made in the class!

Past classes include: Maki-sushi, Obento (Japanese lunchbox), Tempura, Nabe-mono (one-pot dishes), and Ramen.
