Cooking Classes

We are pleased to announce in-person Cooking Classes are back at the JASC this fall!

Learning to prepare traditional, home-style Japanese food is a delicious way to explore and preserve Japanese cultural heritage, and one your whole family is sure to enjoy!  Enjoy these mostly demonstration style classes where our instructors will walk you through how to prepare dishes and then enjoy eating the treats made in the class!

Each class takes place on a Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Class size is limited to a small group for the health and safety of those attending. A waitlist will be kept if the class becomes full.  Class fees, which may vary with the food being prepared, cover the cost of all materials and ingredients.

Register for cooking classes on-line here.
