Cancelled until further notice
JASC’s Out of the House program for aging adults is held once a week, providing exercise, fun games, and activities designed for active adults. These activities encourage socialization and address the isolation and loneliness of inactive aging adults. Research has found that as elders age, active individuals are more likely to remain in good health than inactive ones.
Our programs cater to the needs and interests of the group and change according to those needs while maintaining the core elements of physical and mental well-being. Join us for exercise, discussion, and lunch together! Participants should be able to participate in the group exercises.
