JASC’s Out of the House program for active seniors is held once a week, providing exercise, counseling, and educational opportunities, as well as activities designed for active adults. These activities encourage socialization and address the isolation and loneliness of inactive seniors. Research has found that as seniors age, active individuals are more likely to remain in good health than inactive ones.
Our programs cater to the needs and interests of the group and change according to those needs while maintaining the core elements of physical and mental well-being. Join us for exercise, discussion, and lunch together! Participants should be able to climb a short flight of stairs to access to the meeting location and be able to participate in the group exercises.
