Out of the House is a senior program held three times a week that provides exercise, counseling and educational opportunities as well as activities designed for active adults that encourages socialization and addresses isolation and loneliness of inactive seniors. The program is centered primarily on exercise and attention to mental health issues. As seniors age, research has found that active individuals are more likely to remain healthier than inactive seniors. Professionals in the field of social work and exercise are available through our Out of the House programs.

In addition to our standard programs, there are many other activities that will be offered. Field trips to points of interest, and offerings in the areas of education, crafts and other creative outlets all lend themselves to keeping seniors active, happy and healthy. Our programs cater to the needs and interests of the group and change according to those needs while maintaining the core elements of physical and mental well being.
